This custom design is based on Thingiverse's creation found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627. It was further personalized using the Customizer app (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627). The designer added a 15 mm hex hole for an M8 nut and removed excess material to save time and money. This part is specifically designed for use in a belt-driven Wade extruder's hobbed bolt. It was first printed in PLA with a layer height of .127 mm, 25% fill density, yielding good results.
