I designed this for my SFF pc my 280mm AIO I cannot fit 120mm fans and because I had limited space I couldn't buy one as all were too thick and too expensive. These can take 140mm fans and have them fit into 120mm sockets or have 120mm fans fit into 140mm sockets. They are about 1-2mm thick making it perfect for SFF builds. I am working on designing a simplified one that uses less filament and takes less space. *update I did
