120 mm inline fan for 80 mm hose
prusaprinters

I run a 120mm Fan inside the exhaust-hose of my Snapmaker-enclosure. Running a additionally fan inside the hose will improve the static pressure and therefore the airflow in longer hoses, especially when they have to go up.

Using a bigger Fan will allow you to have the same airflow on a lower rpm and therefore a more quit environment.

I used zip-ties to Fix the hose in place.

To get vibrations out i laser cut to seals (one for each side) out of
fleece and placed them between the fan and the printed parts. I guess TPU would work as well.

There are holes to fix everything together with M4 screws.
