The goal was to adapt a 120mm case fan to a Silverstone heatsink/heatpipe fin block measuring 120 x 60. This project formed part of a highly compact m-ITX computer, designed to cool every component except for the video card with just one fan. The motherboard and component heat is redirected through the CPU heatsink and then channeled through a modified power supply. A cutout in the case allows the video card to protrude, thus isolating its cooling from the rest of the system.
