I decided to design and print my own LED Star for my Megatree, and I couldn't be happier with the result! This was designed specifically to fit 120 WS2811 LED Pixels (Bullet Type). It's a large star that measures 475mm from point to point. If you have access to a big printer like a CR-10 S5 (500mm x 500mm bed), you can print it in one piece. However, if your printer isn't as large, I recommend using the single-point model and printing five of them separately. Just keep in mind that scaling up or down will change the size of the 12mm hole and the 3-channel rows accordingly. Assembly is straightforward. I printed the single-point pieces with PLA and used Epoxy resin to glue them together generously. For future projects, I might opt for ABS and use Acetone to fuse the plastics together or SuperGlue (which also contains acetone). I've included the un-holy models as well, allowing you to drill a 12mm hole and fit as many pixels as you like.
