120 FIlm Clip for P6*6 Pinhole Camera
thingiverse
Introducing an accessory for the P6*6 Pinhole Camera, this text explains how film sometimes unwinds during unloading, leading to light leaks and ruined negatives. The author previously suggested using foam inside the uptake spool cavity; however, they found that it absorbs glue and becomes too stiff. A better solution is a clip that loosely holds the film against the spool as it's unloaded. The clips are best printed with one perimeter and 50% or greater infill, matching the camera's vertical resolution for proper engagement. Three sizes - small (25), medium (50), and large (75) - are available, with the smallest size working well. A unique feature of the P6*6 is a lip inside the body that prevents the clip from rotating during use. Remember to remove rafts and clean edges before use, and keep a spare winder assembly in your kit to avoid potential film-twisting issues.
