120 Film Advance Crank

I have been working on a long-term camera modification project for nearly three years. The crank is impressive, but it requires another part to prevent light leaks and keep it in place. There's a central tube for stability and rigidity, without which "solid" or infilled prints would easily break apart. To achieve this, the extruder must create a thick center ring. This technique can be applied to other models. I'm facing issues with the top tab interface, possibly due to missing COOL and ORBIT settings in RepG 0018. If anyone has ideas, please share. I've discovered that printing slowly and using a small blower to cool the area below the nozzle results in clean prints without warping. Last night, I tried an alternative method which was functional but ridiculous. The next trial will involve concentric patterns for the center core, as suggested by C. Pax on Google Makerbot Group, which looks fantastic. A screenshot from Skeinforge demonstrates the design.
