120 / 140 mm Build Chamber Fan mount for CTC / Flashforge / Makerbot Replicator

This is a rapid design I created to incorporate two 120 or 140 mm fans (one on each side) into my CTC's build chamber. The objective was to develop a fan mount that can be easily detached when accessing the print bed from the side, such as applying blue tape or capton tape. The bottom bracket features slots for adjusting it to various fittings, as CTC's quality control is not optimal. I power all additional fans with a PC fan-controller I built into my printer, and supply it with an external 4-pin Molex PSU. Two versions were designed. One "full" version with complete brackets, and a "small" version with split brackets for easier printing in ABS to minimize warping. Print Settings Printer: CTC 3D Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 25 %, 4 Shells Notes: The support is crucial for the "grooves" which hold the brackets on the printers frame.
