I need a printer that can handle small or large prints from PLA or ABS, so I'm looking for a reliable and easy-to-use enclosed printer. My current corexy self-made printer is enclosed and features my own cross-flow cooling approach. It uses a cross-flow fan to cool the hot end and filament, while the laminar air curtain keeps heat inside the printer cabinet. Since an eBay order takes too long, I built a 40x300mm cross-flow fan myself. Complete Bill of Materials - 09/09/2017 * A 12V 120mm fan like this one * 2 x M105ZZ bearings * 1 x 5mm diameter aluminum rod, 300mm long * M3 nuts and bolts * 1 x 0.3 ohm, 3W resistor * 1 x 47 microF/16V capacitor * 1 x complete set of printed parts
