<p>This is a lightweight pixel sphere made with aluminum extrusions and printed parts. The Pixel clip holds a standard 12MM bullet pixel.</p> <p>Materials:</p> <ul> <li>Bullet Pixels - can use 64 for 8 per rib or 56 for 7 per rib</li> <li>2 x 6 foot 1/4" x 1/8" aluminum extrusion - can be sourced from <a href="https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/127/3989">https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/127/3989</a></li> </ul> <p>Cut the extrusions in at 1/4" and 1/2" from the half way point (So you will end up with 4 rods of slightly different lengths)</p> <p>Use a dremel or notching tool to create a notch 1/4" inch from the end of the rod.
