This is an entirely user-assembled replica model of a Plague Mask as seen in the Syfy Original Series 12 Monkeys. The model kit includes a stable base for display and a 2-part wearable plague mask designed to be worn. By 2043, nearly all of humanity has been wiped out by a deadly virus that was engineered by a group known as the Army of the 12 Monkeys. To prevent this catastrophic event from occurring, Cole, a lone time traveler, must journey through different eras in an attempt to stop the virus before it's too late.
