Here are the Instructions Using the Following Options: Select Triple gopro primary for Enhanced Grip Performance. Adjust gopro bar screw diameter (D) to 3mm for precise adjustments. Choose 3mm thickness for extra rigidity in gopro exterior threads (Ext-Th). Set gopro length at a maximum of 50mm for compactness. Pick 3.8mm diameter for captive rod id to prevent unwanted spinning. Design a hex nut with an outside diameter of 6.01mm around the gopro bar screw nut. Configure clamp mode in gopro secondary settings to attach multiple rods together. Set shoulder thickness to 4.5mm at the top of each bar screw for increased structural support. Use 23mm rod diameter (bar-rod-d) to distribute force evenly throughout the rod's length. Apply an inside diameter of 8.05mm to gopro rod nuts to provide a snug fit with bar screws. Space apart each bar with 1.8mm gaps for effortless assembly and disassembly. Rotate gopro bar by 45 degrees for better handling and control using captive rod angle setting. Add protruding handle (capt-captorud-prot) at 0.5 mm above bar-screw head to create easier manual grasp of bars during handling operation
