This text refers to 11mm bearing blocks that are available in both 2 and 4 hole designs. The 2-hole block has a spacing of 20mm between its mounting holes, suitable for use with 3mm socket caps or similar. On the other hand, the 4-hole block provides a spacing of 15mm between its mounting holes, also compatible with 3mm socket caps or equivalent.
