Human Resources Director Susan Fowler wrote a memo to Yelp's Senior Management and HR on February 25, 2016, detailing her experiences with sexism and misogyny at Yelp. The memo described how her manager, Justin McLean, had called her out of the room during a meeting, telling her that she was "too emotional," and then proceeded to yell at her in front of her colleagues.
