Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:693083 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=693083 For a print size below 74mm height, the maximum width and length that I can print on my M3D is what you see here. I used software version v09.4 and set the model position to X=48, Y=53.5 instead of using the "Center Model" button because it had to be done this way. Red exceed border warnings appeared in the preview, but the file still processed and printed fine. UPDATE 22 Nov 2015 With the latest firmware v1.3.6.5, this design is no longer printable in its current form. The largest size I can get with this firmware is 110mm by 104mm. Additionally, I had to adjust the XY position values. For my printer, the X centering value is 53, while the Y centering value is 52. On my printer, I've added 2mm spacers on the X-axis rails to prevent the print head from touching the Y-axis belt during homing, so my X centering value accounts for these spacers as well.
