Scan 16mm 110 type "pocket" Instamatic film with a standard transparency film scanner to unlock its secrets. With this simple process, you can scan 16mm 110 type film strips by placing them in the holder and snapping it into place within the hole reserved for standard 35mm negative film strips. Place the film strip into the holder with the shiny carrier side facing downwards, towards the sensor, while the emulsion side is positioned upwards. When viewing the numbers, they should appear mirrored. Secure the strip in place using the clamp, and then scan it. I successfully scanned most of my old 110 films that I inherited, utilizing my Reflecta ProScan 110 film holder with my film scanner.
