#11 razor holder case

#11 razor holder case

cults3d

This is a case designed to hold 1 x #11 disposable razor blade. Only parts required will be 4 screws. Tinkercad friendly. Details below. Details: 4 screws needed. Screws need to be 3mm head diameter, 45-degree countersink, 1.5mm shaft diameter screw for this print. Screw is 4mm total height and sits flush with the top face plate of the razor case-sandwiching the holder module between itself and the bottom face plate. Orientation is just as they appear in the picture and should load up the correct way anyway. The screw goes down to 1mm off the ground when fully assembled as in 1mm more and you're breaching the bottom face plate of the razor 11 case from the top face plate downward looking down on it. To assemble as mentioned before you need to place the razor blade into the holder module between the top face plate and bottom face plate. Fasten everything together with screws once the extrusion relief on the holder module locks into place with any of the holed of the top face plate voids (on the underside of the top face plate). For supplemental customization of the case perhaps even facilitated through tinkercad, I have included the top plate void file in case anyone wants to better understand how the push button/sliding mechanism works to extrude the sharp blade.
