Introducing a Shapeways-printable Mobius gear design without ball bearings. Tested with white and black nylon SLS for the arms and nylon and alumide SLS for the gears, as stated in BOM.csv. Gear fit may need adjustment depending on the Shapeways SLS Aluminide process; contact me for assistance. The gear holes are designed for F or G drill boring, with offset option. Apologies for imperial sizing; collaborate to create a metric version if needed. Custom gears generated using SpaceClaim add-in, available at https://github.com/bcourter/SpaceClaim-AddIns.
