For a secure fit, use a plug sized 11-12mm in hole diameter (fits tightly at 11mm and comfortably at 11.5mm). The ridge on the fingers has an outer diameter of approximately 12mm, but FDM printer resolution may slightly flatten the edges to around 11.8mm. The cap measures 15mm in diameter and is 2mm thick. This design works perfectly for the Saab 99 instrument panel's hole adjacent to the clock adjustment one. To achieve optimal results, print without fan assistance if your fan has uneven airflow, and set concentric solid infill for a 90% infil density. Note that scaling up in Repetier may cause the top to become too thick; adjust infil density accordingly.
