10s2p Battery Case for MPT-7210A

The IdeaI wanted to have a case where I could put a 10s2p battery pack that has an MPT-7210A solar controller mounted to the top. At least a few years ago, this was a method for charging on the go with OneWheel's.The MPPT acts as a voltage and current regulator to charge the OneWheel (or any PEV). So the 36V from the battery gets boosted to 63v at (up to) 3 amps. You can find more details here:https://theboardgarage.com/articles/diy-power-bankhttps://onewheel.wiki/Charging_on-the-gohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbqWFVm9cD0DesignThe box was designed to have a little bit of play on all sides of the battery. You can pad this out with packing foam or anything else you think would protect the battery while riding.I wanted to be able to get into the battery as well as remove the MPT if I wanted to. So the lid and MPT are mounted using M3 heated inserts. This allows for repeated maintenance without threading straight into plastic.Stuff You'll Need:M3 Heated Inserts (5mm length)M3 Screws (4x 6mm, 4x 10mm)PETG (cause better durability)10s2p Battery (google it, they are used in "hoverboards")You can use either lid on either box. Its all the same. I am using the one with hexagons on top because they are the bestagons.... And they also act as a vent for heat.
