This is for the people who want to build their own 10s2p battery for PEV's such as E-skates.This case is made for maximum safety and to take in as little space as possible and to replace (in our opinion inferior) fish paper and Kapton tape construction. Make sure to do adequate research before building your own batteries. Parts to print for this frame: - Battery_spacer_outside x2 - Battery_spacer_inside x2 - Isolation_Middle x2 - Cover_front - End_cap_back x1 - End_cap_front_1 or End_cap_front_2 x1 Extra parts needed to build this battery frame: - M4x40 Hexagon Female-Female PCB offset x4 - M4x25 cilinder head bolt x8 Parts needed to build a full battery: - Precut 21700 nickel strip 0.1/0.15/0.2mm: https://www.nkon.nl/accessories/packaccessoires/battery-solder-strip/1-meter-nikkel-batterijsoldeerstrip-31mm-0-15mm.html - 21700 cell isolation rings: https://www.nkon.nl/accessories/packaccessoires/isolatiepapier/1x-20700-21700isolatiepapier-groen.html -10S BMS -12/14AWG wire - Connector, XT60/XT90 Please note that this is NOT a structural part, it is meant to keep the cells isolated from shorting each other. Please make sure to place this in a non-conductive strong case. Batteries can heat up to 80 degrees when discharged under harsh conditions, do NOT print this component out of PLA or any other low temperature plastics. This is a base for a DIY project. We are not liable for any mistakes/ damages caused by building a battery with these parts. A tutorial with steps to build a battery like this will be added soon.
