10mm Spark Plug Wire Looms

I'm replacing the stock factory plug wires in my VW with thicker, race-style wires that will withstand more intense engine performance. Rather than relying on cheap zip ties to keep things organized, I decided to replicate a modified #2, #3, and #4 spark plug wire looms seen in our vehicles. This project starts by creating printed models of these critical components. With the chosen settings of 90% infill and support from two perimeter shells on a raft as shown above, I am able to fabricate high-quality pieces that ensure optimal fitment.
