Got some 10mm CF tube left over from your HyperCube's X axis? Make a fancy spool holder! Use Tech2C's Spool Holder design and some bearings. The original design is meant for 8mm rod with 608 bearings (8mm ID, 22mm OD). Get the bearing that has 10mm ID and 22mm OD called 6900, buy some 6900ZZ or 6900RS bearings from eBay, print this bracket, and you're done. I might create a part to keep the spool on the rod so it doesn't slip off horizontally, but I'll see how it goes. This design is meant to be an interference fit with the carbon fiber tube so that it stays in place. I had to file the hole and hammer the bracket onto the tube so it's definitely not going anywhere! OpenSCAD source code is included if you want to remix it. CC-SA, so please re-share any derivative work you create.
