10mm PTFE Bowden Coupler Knob

To complement the chunky feeder knob for the extruder, I've designed a matching piece that slips over an aftermarket 10mm PTFE/Bowden coupler. This design is not strictly necessary but does look quite nice. If you're using an aftermarket MK8 extruder with screws holding the spring, there should be plenty of clearance to fit this piece. To print this piece, set your nozzle temperature to 0.2mm and orient it so that the stem is pointing upwards. If the piece fits too tightly or is slightly undersized, try lowering your flow rate or scaling up by a few percent. Conversely, if the piece is too loose or oversized, increase your flow rate or scale down by a few percent. In cases where the fit is almost but not quite correct, apply gentle heat from a hairdryer to soften the plastic and then gently push it onto the coupler.
