I wanted an Led holder that i could screw down, or just use some vhb tape on so it needed a bigger flange. So I decided to design my own. Infill can be whatever you need for strength. I would add a brim if you print at 100% though so it doesn't lift from the print bed. I would scale to 103-105% to allow for shrinkage and make it easier to install.
