This is a simple clamp designed to snugly fit around the rail bushings on a 101Hero Pylon printer. The stock bushings have some play, so these custom clamps help reduce that slop by gripping the rails more securely. To ensure they work properly, make sure they slide smoothly along the rails but aren't loose - you can fine-tune them with a file if necessary. Apply a light coat of grease and attach two to each rail pair over the existing bushings. For best results, print six in total and double-check that all of them move at the same rate along the rails to maintain even travel. Printed in PLA, these clamps were produced at 0.2mm layer height with 30% infill and a raft, requiring no support material. To get the best possible print, orient the part so it lays on its back during printing.
