1010 Filament Guide W/688 Pulley

Wanted to free up spool weight on my printer (think balancing act), so I came up with this setup. Only tested it once, but it seems to hold up just fine already. The part attached to the printer sticks without screws onto a 1" square profile. My printer features 8020's 1010 profile. I secured the pulley bracket with #8 flat head wood screws. The spool holder I used is from here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1002299 Print Settings Printer: Marvin Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 10% Honeycomb Notes: Spool Holder was printed in ABS, these parts in black Hatchbox PLA. Post-Printing The wheel and its mount required some minor adjustments after printing (heat gun to widen slightly along with some sandpaper action). Aside from that, I dropped everything into place. I used pins found elsewhere. Not sure where they are right now, but I'll upload the info when I get it.
