By request, I've custom-designed an ACME-style conformal rail guide for mid-power rockets and high power rockets. It perfectly matches the 98mm airframe rocketry tubing and fits snugly onto the 1010 size of 8020 aluminum extrusion rail. The conformal base part measures two inches in length by one inch in width. In a significant departure from traditional designs, the vertical part is a single solid component, eliminating the need for separate pieces with an empty channel between them. For precise alignment on the airframe tube, pointers are strategically placed at both ends of the rail guide. Recommended infill density: 100%. Filament recommendations vary based on motor size: * For E-F motors, PLA filament is ideal. * G-H motors call for PETG filament. * I-J motors require ABS filament.
