1010 Conformal Rail Button Backplate Mount

I've been unable to find a suitable 3D-designed backplate/mount for rail buttons that can securely hold a rail button to a rocket, so I decided to create one myself. This design appears to be the first of its kind and is specifically designed to hold 1010-size rail buttons to a rocket while keeping a low profile to avoid interfering with the recovery system. All mounts were created based on the inside diameter (I.D.) of LOC/Precision rocketry airframe tubing, which provides a consistent reference point for designing the backplate/mount. The rail button plate features a hexagonal depression sized 8-32, which is 8.52mm in width and designed to accommodate a rail button nut. I recommend gluing the nut into place before lining up the backplate with the hole in the airframe and then gluing it to the inside of the rocket. Be sure not to get any adhesive on the threads of the nut. There are five different airframe sizes available - 38mm, 54mm, 66mm (2.56in.), 75mm (3.0in.), and 98mm (4.0in.). Update: After printing and testing this design with a raft and support, I discovered that the nut and bolt wouldn't fit correctly, so I made some adjustments to create Version 2.
