100x100x3 mm lithophane holder Hello everyone This is our latest new design for a 100x100x3mm lithophane holder. There are several excellent lithophane designs available on Thingiverse. So I decided to create a new one that takes less time to print and produces better quality results. This lamp is powered by a 5V mobile charger, which glows the lithophane using a 1 Watt LED. I would like to thank all the talented makers of lithophane designs on Thingiverse for their inspiring work. (Special thanks to Jaymake) This 100x100x3mm lithophane holder is designed to be easy to assemble. The components required and parts to be printed are as follows: Parts to be Printed: 1. Top Holder - 1 2. Bottom Holder - 1 3. Lithophane - 1 Components Required: 1. Small Rocker Switch - 1 2. LED (1 W or similar) - 1 3. Resistor (100 Ohm) - 1 4. Micro USB Female Connector (Panel Mounting Type) - 1 5. Heat Shrink Tube (4mm Dia, Required Length) - 1 6. Favi Stick - 1 7. Mobile Charger (Micro USB Type) - 1 Steps to Follow: • Use the attached JPEG as an original for the correct dimensions of the lithophane. • Change the image to whatever you like (keep the format). • Go to http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ • Upload your image • Select "Flat" • Go to settings > Model settings > Maximum size (MM) > Set it to 100 mm • In case you did not upload a negative image: Go to settings > Image settings > positive image • Click "Model" on top of the page • Hit "Refresh" button • Hit "Download" button to download and print your personal lithophane Printing: • Base requires support to print.
