A popular video popped up on YouTube that claimed to show how to build a 100W led flashlight, utilizing a huge CPU cooler to manage the heat output. The creator of the tutorial used an oversized CPU cooler but I opted for a smaller one and discovered it wouldn't get nearly as warm. I therefore designed this custom flashlight housing to house the compact cooler more efficiently. The CPU cooler is securely pressed into place with its unique latches, which hold onto the layered plastic with considerable strength, ensuring that it remains secure but may not be perfect in every situation. I will proceed with conducting a series of tests to determine how long it can sustain operation before potentially degrading or malfunctioning.
