100w LED and HeatSink Case

100w LED and HeatSink Case

thingiverse

I hacked together a makeshift power supply by repurposing a busted 20v Porter Cable tool, then integrated a step-up module to energize my fans at 12v and a 100W LED light that operates smoothly at 36v. To solidify the setup, I added mounting holes for the modules and fans directly onto the heat sink's side. Since version one fits snugly, no screws were required for securing the heat sink, but I did need to modify it slightly to make everything fit together seamlessly. With this contraption working as intended, I'm unlikely to create a v2 that addresses potential issues unless there's genuine interest in seeing an improved iteration.
