This flange measures 110mm x 110mm x 55mm high and has four 4.5mm countersunk holes on a 92mm square pitch for mounting. The exhaust panel requires at least a 98mm hole, with extra material advised around the opening; a wood grill pattern is suggested. Assembly involves printing the flange, cutting the hole in the panel, attaching the flange with screws, and sliding the duct over its lip. The recommended settings are 0.3mm layer height, three perimeters, three solid layers, and 25% infill; lower layer heights increase print time.
