Update 01Sep20 I've got an alternative design for a blast gate that might be better suited for extracting larger chips and shavings. 63mm Ball Valve [thing:4578649](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4578649) A 100mm ball valve [thing:4585570](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4585570) This is a 100mm or 4-inch version of my 63mm butterfly blast gate (thing:4298595). Thanks to 3DUPSDriver for suggesting I create this design. The instructions are in thing:4298595, but specifically tailored for this version. You'll need two extra bolts holding the butterfly together. In addition to printing filament, you'll also need four short M5 bolts and four short socket head M3 x 6mm and one socket head M3 x 10mm or 12mm bolt. The M5 bolts should self-tap their own threads into the holes in the Tube_1 frame, or you can use an M5 tap to create your own thread. The same goes for the M3 bolts. The longer M3 bolt is used to hold the lever on the butterfly shaft. You may need to ease the holes with a suitable drill bit. The lever has an arrow-like shape at its tip, indicating which direction to rotate it to open the gate. To assemble this design, you'll need to print two tubes, the two halves of the butterfly (Butterfly_1 and Butterfly_2), and one lever for each gate.
