100mm -10 degree Bicycle Stem
thingiverse
I'm posting a proof-of-ownership for my school project, which is essentially a 3D printed bicycle stem. The dimensions are as follows: 100mm C-C with a -10 degree drop. The steerer clamp is 28.6mm (1.125") and the bar clamp is 31.8mm. I specifically designed this stem to be non-reversible, given my preference for negative stems on all bikes. To ensure proper fitment, there's an additional "Bottom Shim" piece that needs to be glued onto the steerer stack. All hardware used in this design is M5 threaded. I strongly advise against using this stem on a bike, as it may not withstand actual riding stresses and could potentially cause injury if it fails. I explicitly disclaim any responsibility for damages or injuries resulting from the use of this stem.
