100mL & 250mL Glass Bottle Holder 45 deg

This is a glass bottle holder for VWR storage bottles of capacity 100mL and 250mL in a lab automation setting. Its purpose is to hold bottles at 45 degrees to keep the liquid level inside them as elevated as possible as volume is depleted by automated liquid dispensers. Keeping the fluid level high minimizes the amount of extra volume needed to keep the dispenser's tubing submerged in fluid, thus preventing a situation where there is not enough liquid in the bottle and the system starts dispensing air. The preferred color for this print is black since some lab reagents are sensitive to light. This minimizes the amount of aluminum foil needed to completely cover the bottles.
