100lb Aerial Bomb
thingiverse
Here's a somewhat accurate version of a 100lb bomb. I say somewhat because I just eyeballed things from a picture and didn't use actual measurements. Finding actual specifications just sounded like too much work to me. There are two variations you could print: the entire bomb or the three piece bomb (the spinner is used for both variations). The three piece bomb has a screw on top so you can store things in it. At 100%, the fins on this bomb are 1mm thick. Just keep that in mind when printing - it should work on most printers, but I never tried it at that size. The green one I printed is the 3-piece version and I printed it at 240% on my Maker Select cartesian printer. The blue one is the single piece version and I printed it on my Sculptr Delta at 200% for the x and y axis and 150% for the z axis to make it look more squashed (the cat is provided for scale, also, I was scared to move her). You'll need supports and a raft for the fins at least.
