Update! I'm really sorry for all of you who downloaded this plan - I made a critical error in calculating the size of the mold, so please hold on until I correct it or reduce the STL to around 95%. However, be warned that even after printing, you'll likely need to make adjustments to the lines where you temporarily inserted wire during molding. I'm truly mortified about this mistake. Dear All, To put it bluntly, I designed this mold in 3D and printed it from simple PLA so I could replicate it using sandmolding, then ultimately pour fishing Lead weights into an Aluminium mold for a friend of mine as needed. The reasoning behind this design is the same as my previous project: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4361163 (One possible improvement I made this time was to increase the positioning tolerance to 0.5mm, so you can simply use milliputty or another material to enlarge the bumps or reduce the holes as desired - it's still usable in its original form.) A useful tip is to heat up the metal mold with a torch before pouring. Regards, Steve
