Oddly enough I could not find any .stl for those 1000L water tank 150 mm lid. On the market the ones I found range from 15 to 45 euros. This simple one is worth 5.5 euros of pla. Does not need to be 100% watertight it is mostly to prevent leaves and dirt to go in and to avoid spilling over when moving a full tank. Thread is 160 mm ISO, right sense.
