100 - Voltorb Pokemon Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
I built a simple model of Voltorb from the Pokémon series to test out different techniques in Blender 2.8 with Eevee rendering. This project is all about experimentation and trying new things, aiming to master rigging and animation techniques through various Pokémon models. For now, the Voltorb model isn't textured due to the way the materials function in Blender. Fortunately, it will be seamlessly adaptable to Unreal Engine without needing extensive tweaking. Cel shading effects are achievable with just plain color materials combined with post-processing filters. Specifically, I utilized a free material designed by Paul Caggegi that generates freestyle lines, creating an ideal atmosphere for traditional-style visuals.
