<p>In order to count small parts using a scale with a count feature on it, you need to hand count a specific number of parts (usually 100 pcs).</p> <p>This fixture has exactly 100 spaces that can be easily filled without having to count them. Just make sure there is one part in every space. The fixture is able to manage multiple sizes up to half an inch. It also makes verification a quick visual.</p> <p>For best results, use a bag that can fit the fixture so you can easily empty the parts for placement onto the scale.</p>
