100-Cards Deck Case (Magic the Gathering Commander)

A 100-card Magic the Gathering Commander Deck is best stored in a custom 3D printed case with a dice/token drawer. Instead of buying a conventional soft plastic case, I created my own design featuring a rotating top lid and front/rear doors operated by gears that pull a rack beneath the cards. The deck remains securely in place when lifted, while the drawer stores dices or tokens. Printed with PLA for easy accessibility, it took approximately 18 hours to print (0.17 mm layer height, no supports). Copper wire serves as hinges, and tolerances are deemed satisfactory. This case measures within the required 120.65 mm cube dimensions. Inspiration came from McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada's design on Thingiverse.
