100/75 VESA Adaptor
thingiverse
This is a simple replacement adaptor designed to mount a VESA100 monitor onto a VESA75 bracket. The inner holes may be specific to the VESA75 mounts we have, while the tips of the brackets are 100mm wide with rounded ends and screw holes and approximately 2mm thick. In our scenario, the bolts were missing as well; however, M4 x 12mm cheesehead bolts worked perfectly fine for us. Print Settings: Printer: Turnigy Fabrikator Mini V1.5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: I printed this item on its side without supports, as most machines can easily bridge a 2mm span and cleaning the support out of the inside would be too difficult. To ensure solid results, set your perimeter layers to their highest possible value. Printing on its side puts the highest strength in the direction needed for load-bearing; however, keep in mind that if the adaptor is too tight over the VESA75 bracket, it could cause the adaptor to split and fail. Likewise, don't overtighten the bolts into the VESA100 monitor for the same reason. I created mine using PLA and they were strong enough; PETG or ABS should also be suitable options, but with ABS ensure that your machine is achieving good layer adhesion.
