100/75 VESA Adaptor

This is a simple replacement adaptor to mount a VESA100 monitor to a VESA75 bracket. The inner holes may be specific the the VESA75 mounts we have, the tips of the brackets are 100mm wide with rounded end and screw hole and about 2mm thick. In our case the bolts were missing as well, I found that M4 x 12mm cheesehead bolts worked just fine.
