100% 3D printed mask available for printing. Everything can be printed except the filter, which must be replaced separately. The replaceable filter allows easy modification and upgrade of the mask's functionality. No bolts or screws are required to assemble the mask. The TPU mouth and nose part must be sealed to the top mask part using a strong adhesive like glue, epoxy, 3M bed tape, or RTV. This design requires no supports during printing. The mouth and nose part should be printed in TPU at 0% infill for optimal flexibility. The other parts of the mask can be printed in rigid materials such as PLA, ABS, or PETG. If resizing is necessary, use the 90% small size mask as a reference point. A STEP file is included for users who want to modify or customize the design according to their needs. TPU is recommended for the strap, but alternatives like shoe string can also be used. -Brett
