100 "00" Capsule Filler Machine

This machine maker is one of my first creations that I have ever designed myself. It is specifically made to fit and fill 100 "00" capsules perfectly. Once assembled, it becomes relatively easy to use after a couple of times, making filling capsules a breeze for me. I normally separate the capsule halves into two stacks, then fill the bottom with the longer half, followed by the top with the shorter half. Once the top is filled, I place the middle piece over the shorter halves in the top plate, keeping the small indents facing up. Then I proceed to fill the capsules with my supplement of choice. The packer piece can be used to push my supplement down into the bottom halves, filling them more efficiently. Once they are filled and ready to be closed, I take the top / middle plates together, flip them over, and place them over the bottom / base plate, making sure the middle / top parts stay together. Then I press down evenly and lift the middle / top parts off together, pressing each of the capsules completely shut. (I normally hear a click when a capsule is closed.) *Note: The top half refers to the small capsule plate.
