This is my first serious attempt to make something worthwhile. I closely followed the guidelines for a ported design from here: http://www.d-s-t.com.au/data/Peerless/Peerless_XLS_Subwoofer.pdf. The front and rear baffle are mounted on a 10-inch (actually 250mm) sonotube with a length of 450mm or 17.71 inches. Either print the entire front and rear baffles whole, or use chopped-up sections in groups of six. Assemble the baffle sections and mount the Peerless XLS10. Use six M8 or M10 threaded rods to put it all together. Drill pilot holes for the feet and screw them into place. As a port pipe, I used 3-inch (75mm) outer diameter drainage pipe. Depending on how the pipe corner pieces are made, calculate the total length for each section to get a 930mm long pipe. I printed all parts with a 0.6mm nozzle and 50% infill. Remember that this will require several spools of filament. The rear baffle alone took 1.7kg for me to print. *Edit* I notice now that I named the parts mostly in Swedish... I designed it vertically in the CAD software, so: "Övre" means upper but is actually front, and "Nedre" means lower but is actually back.
