Spacer that fits between cogs for a 10 speed Shimano cassette. Mileage may vary with SRAM/Campagnolo cassettes - see design section. https://www.amazon.com/Shimano-HG-Gear-Cassette-Spacer-2-56-mm/dp/B001GSKSNY/ref=sr_1_15?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1485449785&sr=1-15&keywords=cassette+spacer They cost too much. Pretty sure it'll be strong enough. I'll let you know if I have problems. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: I used the default layer height. Printed a second batch with 0.1 mm layer height; haven't checked it yet. Of the nine I printed, I got: 2.2x mm: 1 2.3x mm: 5 2.4x mm: 4 with the default layer height. Double check before you mount because those little measurements add up, especially if you have no riveted sections (complete custom cogs). Check Sheldon Brown's cribsheet to see just how close they are between 8/9/10/11 speed. How I Designed This http://www.sheldonbrown.com/cribsheet-spacing.html I used Sheldon Brown's cribsheet to get the thickness right. I referenced my 7 speed cassette on 8/9/10 freehub 4.5 mm spacer for the OD & ID. Assembly Note that there are no notches in this piece that fit over the splines of the freehub body. I never understood why spacers needed these, and it just made installation more tedious. The splines in the cogs already prevent rotation relative to the freehub, so it seems redundant that the spacers themselves should have splines too. Updates 28 Jan 17: Did a test print; it was a pretty tight fit for some of the spacers. A little filing would go a long way.
