Print "NEEDLE FILE HOLDER v2.stl" at 120% scale to get an even tighter fit into the stands. You could probably scale up a bit higher still to achieve maximum tightness, but I settled on 102% and superglue after getting fed up with doing test fit prints. Stands are printed lying down, while the Holder is printed holes facing upwards with supports only used for the tenons at each end.
