Tubular Propeller Case: A Great Way to Transport 7"-11" Propellers Safely! A fantastic tubular propeller case is perfect for safely storing and transporting 7", 8", 9", 10", or even 11" propellers. The taller tube fits neatly inside the smaller one, creating a secure connection that leaves a small gap when separated. Dimensions are 160mm in height with an interior diameter of 55mm for the taller tube and 150mm tall with a 58mm inner diameter for the shorter one. After using these cases for several days, I've discovered some excellent benefits: Propellers fit snugly, allowing little movement. Cases close securely, preventing them from opening during transport. They provide excellent protection for props by preventing heavy gear from damaging them during transportation. Tips for optimal use: To find the best settings, adjust your printer settings and slicer configuration accordingly. I recommend printing primarily with PLA using a 0.4mm nozzle and the following settings: http://pastebin.com/j31P7hc9 You may need to print a few mm of each tube at first to test their fit together. If they don't align, check your printer calibration (there's around a 0.5mm tolerance between parts). Try adjusting your extrusion multiplier as needed: increase it for a tighter fit or reduce it for a looser one!
